Airtel Nigeria Opens Two Premium Experience Centres in Lagos, Surpasses 350 Nationwide

Airtel Nigeria has commissioned two new premium experience centres in Lagos as part of its ongoing retail expansion and efforts to bring its telecommunications and digital services closer to customers.

The new centres, located at DAT Mall in Sangotedo and Marina, were commissioned by Airtel Africa Group Chief Executive Officer Sunil Taldar.

The expansion brings the number of Airtel Nigeria’s premium experience centres to more than 350, as the company works towards its planned rollout of 500 centres nationwide.

The centres provide customers with access to a broader range of Airtel services, including mobile connectivity, Fibre, home broadband, Outdoor Units (ODU) and enterprise solutions. Customers can also use the centres for enquiries, subscriptions, after-sales support and service resolution.

Airtel said the expansion forms part of its broader efforts to make connectivity and customer support more accessible, convenient and responsive across Nigeria.

The company also highlighted the sustainability features of its new Marina centre, which is powered by solar energy as Airtel continues to incorporate renewable energy solutions into its expanding physical retail network.

Airtel Nigeria currently operates more than 9,000 exclusive shops, over 350 premium experience centres and more than 73,000 retailers across the country, according to the company.
