President Muhammadu Buhari has decorated his Aide De Camp (ADC), Lt. YM Dodo on his attainment of the rank of Colonel, the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and the ADC’s wife supported the President during the short ceremony this morning before the commencement of National Security Council Meeting at the State House, Abuja.
