Rivers: I have Not Withdrawn My Petition From Tribunal – Lulu-Briggs

RIVERS State governorship candidate of Accord in the just concluded election, Dumo Lulu-Briggs has refuted reports that he has withdrawn his petition from the Election Petition Tribunal.

Lulu-Briggs, in a statement by his Media Assistant, Nia’bari Fakae affirmed that he is still committed to pursuing their case before the Election Tribunal.

The Accord governorship candidate said the rumour about the withdrawal of his petition was originated by detractors and their agents.

He said the Accord is, “Steadfast in its commitment to upholding the principles of justice, fairness, and transparency in the electoral process.”

The statement urged the public, media organizations, and all concerned parties to refrain from spreading unfounded rumors and to await verified updates from official sources.
