Nigerian singer and Grammy Award winner, Burna Boy has stated via his Twitter handle that he is not a Nigerian artist because he doesn’t make his money from Nigeria, Newsextra24 reports.
He stated this while reacting to a discussion about his achievements as an international artist.
A fan of Davido on Twitter with the username, “A Better Time”, made the following statement about Burna Boy during the conversation:
“He was *just an average star back in Nigeria and Africa at large, more like an artist with prospects, unlike his peers who had to do it on their own from day one.”
