31-Year-Old Landlady: ‘I Built This House With My Money, Not With My Body’

A Nigerian woman based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State has become a proud owner of her own house at the age of 31.

The woman, Ibubeleye, made the news of her blessings known on a Facebook wall on Friday, January 22, as she celebrates her 31st birthday.

The University of Port Harcourt alumna who is a cryptocurrency trader and the founder of D-Online Harvest said she acquired her house without the financial assistance of anyone.

She also bragged about not using her body but her skills, brain to build the house.

She added that her new homeowner status follows many battles, depression, frustration, suicidal thoughts.

Sharing the photos of the new home with her Facebook friends,

“My life has had many ups and downs, twists and turns. Someday I will tell my story.

“Today, I want to celebrate the woman I have become, it took years of hard work, dedication and perseverance. Behind the scenes there have been many battles, depression, frustration, suicidal thoughts, but through it all God had mercy on me and saw me through. You can now add Landlady to my many titles.

“I Ibubeleye, built this house from start to finish with my own money. No man, no woman gave it to me, I didn’t use my body, I used my skills, my brains and with encouragement from good friends and family and the grace of God, it was made possible.”

Revealing the source of the money she used in building the house, Ibubeleye said: “The money for this house was built 100% from funds from Trading Bitcoin and the Forex market. It started like a joke. But here we are.”

She dedicated the house to herself and her children as she celebrates her 31st birthday
