Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has ordered the immediate demolition of houses obstructing waterways in Maitama and other flood-prone areas of Abuja.
Wike issued the directive on Tuesday after inspecting areas affected by flooding in Maitama.
