Saudi Arabian authorities have granted approval for the burial of renowned Kano businessman, Alhaji Aminu Dantata, in Madina, near his late wife’s grave, Hajiya Rabi’a Dantata, who died in 2023.
Dantata’s Principal Private Secretary, Mustapha Junaid, announced the development on his official Facebook page
He expressed gratitude to Allah for the approval.
● “Burial Scheduled for Monday”
“The burial is scheduled for Monday morning, by the grace of Allah,” Junaid said.
“Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah… I have received approval to take Aminu Alhassan Dantata from Abu Dhabi to Madina.
“He will be buried tomorrow [Monday, June 30, 2025] morning by the grace of Allah.”
The family had earlier announced Dantata’s wish to be buried in Madina, a request now honoured by the Saudi government.
