DIFFERENT teams of policemen were seen patrolling the Lagos waterways as the general election commenced Saturday morning.
Their boats were sighted at three different spots where they were stationed to enforce the restriction of movement on the waterways.
They also carried out checks on the boat boarded by our correspondent.
