Femi Otedola, Chairman of First HoldCo, has raised his stake in the company to 27.49 per cent after a fresh share purchase worth N20.7 billion.
The latest acquisition further strengthens his position in the financial holding company.
Based on First HoldCo’s share price of N136.90, Otedola’s total shareholding in the company is now valued at about N1.65 trillion.
The development marks another major increase in his investment in First HoldCo, reflecting continued activity around the company’s ownership structure.
