Lady Remanded For Allegedly Assaulting Policeman In Lagos State

The Lagos State Police Command has arraigned a lady, Olufunmilayo Brioluwa, for allegedly assaulting a police officer in the Ogombo area of the state.

Lagos police spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, who confirmed the development via a tweet on Tuesday night, said following the arraignment, Brioluwa was remanded to the Kirikiri Correctional Facility.

Hundeyin also shared a picture showing Brioluwa holding onto the uniform of the policeman.

 

The tweet reads: “Somewhere in Ogombo yesterday, she (Brioluwa) assaulted a police officer. She was arraigned today and has been remanded to the Kirikiri correctional facility till June 6 when the case comes up again in court.
