THE first result from the United States presidential election cast in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire has been announced.
Newsextra24 reports that Dixville Notch has a record for being the first to release its results given the town’s election procedure that allows midnight voting. The town with six registered voters turned in 3 votes each for Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, indicating the tight race that is between the two candidates.
The election result was announced at about 6.15 am Nigerian Time.
The 50% tie underscores the tight race that is between the major candidates.
