The FCT Primary Healthcare Board has reported a diphtheria outbreak in the FCT, with an index case confirmed and one death recorded.
The Director of Public Health, Dr Saddiq Abdurrahman disclosed this today at a media briefing in Abuja.
He said the outbreak prompted swift action as an Emergency Operation Centre has been activated to tackle to the outbreak.
