Cross River High Court Bars Secondus From Acting As PDP Chairman

A Cross river State High Court sitting in Calabar, has issued fresh order barring Prince Uche Secondus from parading himself as National Chairman of PDP and performing the roles of the office.

The court also restrain him from participating at the National Executive Committee meeting scheduled for Saturday.

This fresh order was issued on Friday.

It may be recalled that Uche Secondus was suspended as National Chairman of PDP following a restraining order by Rivers State High Court on Monday.

The order came as a result of expulsion from the party by members of his ward in Andoni local government area of Rivers state.
