HON. Ehiozuwa Johnson Agbonayinma, former federal legislator and member, Code of Conduct Bureau received the ‘Role Model Award’ for his anti-corruption crusade agenda. In an exclusive interview with Trouble News Media Correspondent at the venue of the award, enthused that would continue to put country first in all his dealings.

Nice meeting you and how do you feel about this award?
I give thanks to God almighty for making it possible. I’m very proud of my brother, my friend Dr. Orobosa Omo-Ojo, the founder, and CEO of Midwest Herald for this wonderful award. Look at the calibre of people that came who are here to celebrate with us.
I say this with sincerity that he would be remembered for his good deeds, the nation will remember and honour him at the appropriate time. Posterity will also remember him and may God bless him abundantly now and forever.
How do you hope to sustain these qualities that was found in you leading to your nomination for this ‘Role Model Award’?
Well, I just pray to God to give us good health and be remembered for good things. I am happy that am alive to receive this award and I’m also grateful to God for finding me worthy to receive this wonderful award and I can assure you for the fact that God has give me breathe, it is my duty to be accountable to this great people of Nigeria and particularly to Edo State, my home state.
So, I have no doubts that Nigeria will be great again. So, fighting corruption is a collective effort of every patriotic Nigerian. Fighting corruption has to do with all of us together, both man and woman and particularly the youths. And I need everybody support so that we can achieve the main reason why we’re here here in earth.
And I believe togetherness we can move mountains and sustained the dreams of our founding fathers for a better Nigeria. United we stand, divided we fall. Corruption is our common enemy. If we don’t kill corruption, corruption Destroy Nigeria.
