American rapper, Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, known as Cardi B, has landed in the hospital following a medical emergency.
The rapper, who welcomed her third child with her ex-husband Offset last month said she has been in the hospital for some days.
She disclosed this in a statement shared via her social media pages recently.
She cancelled her scheduled performance at the One Music Fest due to the medical emergency.
Cardi B who didn’t disclose the ailment, promised to be back better and stronger.
“I am so sad to share this news, but I’ve been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency the last couple of days and I won’t be able to perform at One Music Fest. It breaks my heart that I won’t get to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there. Bardi Gang-thank you for understanding and I’ll be back better and stronger soon. Don’t worry. Love y’all,” she wrote.
