Cards have always been used to do “tricks” but cardistry and flourishing have taken those subtle hidden moves and given them new life and pushed them out into the light.
Cardistry is now a way entertainers now imbibe as art to hustle in events, It’s beautiful, it’s an acrobatic form of juggling. This young man I witnessed at an event in Lagos, was the first Card Juggler I have witnessed and he performed it live in front of me the way he throws the bunch of cards and still manages to get them together and spin them around his chest is amazing I wonder if this is some black magic(juju) or its a real mastered talent. |
