THE Confederation of African Football (CAF) has taken a decision on the Libya vs Nigeria 2025 AFCON Qualifier scheduled for Benina, Libya.
Libya is to forfeit the game which means 3 points and 3 goals have been awarded to Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
Libya was also handed a hefty fine of $50,000.
Former media officer of the Super Eagles, Toyin Ibitoye shared the news on X on Saturday afternoon.
