The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has again cautioned Nigerians and all intending aspirants that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is defunct and not eligible to contest the 2023 elections.
PDP insisted that APC is legally defunct, structurally crippled and no longer a legitimate and valid vehicle to field candidates for elections under Nigeria’s extant laws.
